At Irwin, we pride ourselves on creating software that is both valuable and delightful for our customers to use. We take customer feedback very seriously, and use that feedback to improve our software to create the best possible experience for our customers.

We are continuing to receive a great deal of customer feedback on G2, a leading software and SaaS review platform. G2’s quarterly reports outline top performing software based on customer satisfaction and market share. G2 uses reports from verified customers as well as information such as market share, seller size, and social impact to evaluate top performers across various industries. 

We’re thrilled to share that Irwin has been named a High Performer for the second consecutive time in the Financial Research Category, Spring 2022! From G2:

"Irwin has been named a High Performer product based on having high customer Satisfaction scores. 92% of users rated it 4 or 5 stars, 100% of users believe it is headed in the right direction, and users said they would be likely to recommend Irwin at a rate of 88%. Irwin is also in the Financial Analytics, Investor Reporting, and Investor Relationship Management categories.”

Irwin Customers are Highly Satisfied

Irwin is great at tracking meetings, and they help set everything up, providing significant time savings. Next is the filtering of potential investors based on our peers and industry, very effective and very accurate from what I can see. They are also great at doing updates based on the info you provide, so it is a live database. The interface is pretty easy to navigate when inputting information.

The Irwin Team/Software is Headed in the Right Direction

The Irwin platform is set up as a one-stop-shop between building schedules, looking up investor profiles and sending/tracking client communication. Love that the itinerary schedule builder can automatically output investor profiles based on the meetings entered. It saves us a step! Our sales team has used Irwin as a way to identify buyside leads for our mining-focused corporate clients. The investor profile output option is great in that you can choose to include or exclude your team notes and activity logs. We have been continuously seeing new product updates from Irwin based on our feedback.
