Quick Navigation

Big news—we’re proud to share that we're on this year’s Best Workplaces™ in Canada List.

Being a Great Place to Work® starts with our team. Our commitment to creating a supportive workplace ensures we offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, generous parental leave policies, and plenty of opportunities for professional development. We embrace a remote-first workplace while offering physical collaboration spaces and have flexible time-off policies that meet the diverse needs of our team. Our culture is about empowering our employees in every aspect so that each team member feels valued and motivated to do their best work.

Our CEO, David Whyte, shared: “We firmly believe that our culture is not just part of our success—it is our success. Through transparent communication and trust, each of us is committed to working collaboratively toward our shared vision. This foundation makes us not only a leading company in our industry but also a best workplace where every voice is heard and valued."

Mark Fasken, our COO, added: "Each team member embodies our core values—grit, accountability, and humility. These values fuel our drive to innovate, ensuring we push boundaries, uphold our commitments, and approach every challenge with a grounded perspective. By building a culture where innovation thrives, we’ve created a workplace that nurtures talent and supports everyone in reaching their full potential."

The 2024 Best Workplaces™ in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The competition process to be ranked on this list is employee-driven and represents multiple industries and sizes of organizations. List rankings are based on employee feedback to determine the extent to which the full workforce shares this experience.

Great Place To Work measures the differences in survey responses across demographic groups and roles within each organization to assess both the quality and consistency of the employee experience. Using the Trust Index™ employee survey, they measure the core of what creates great workplaces — key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company. Statements are weighted according to their relevance in describing the most important aspects of an equitable workplace.

This study offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective and an overall portrait of the workplace culture.

This year’s list captures the experience and sentiment of 330,000 employees, rolling out to impact over 600,000 Canadian employees. It will appear in a Special National Report in The Globe and Mail on April 26, 2024—make sure you grab a copy and check it out!
