Deborah Pawlowski, IRC, has more than thirty years’ experience in investor relations, marketing, strategic planning and management. Investor relations programs she has managed have been awarded the prestigious Association for Investment Management and Research Award for Excellence in Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations.
She has had experience with numerous debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a wide variety of crisis events. Her experience base comes from both the corporate perspective, while leading the investor relations program at National Fuel Gas Company (NFG), a diversified energy company, and American Precision Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company, and as a consultant with more than twenty years as founder of Kei Advisors LLC.
Ms. Pawlowski’s breadth of experience and dynamic energy combine to provide counsel to executive management and Boards of Directors in investor relations initiatives and capital markets positioning. She also develops plans for crisis situations while coaching management through challenging issues.
Joseph P. Pawlowski has over 35 years of experience in accounting, financial management, capital market perception, corporate compliance and strategic planning. At Kei Advisors, he is involved in client service support, and stock market and financial analysis. He also supports Kei’s business development and marketing and is the Company’s CFO.Before joining Kei Advisors, Mr. Pawlowski was a senior financial manager at National Fuel Gas Company, an integrated energy company with $3.9 billion in assets. Involved in the company’s strategic development, Mr. Pawlowski was the lead contact for institutional investors and analysts. He began his tenure there in 1981 as Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer, and in 2000 became Principal Financial Officer. He was responsible for the accounting practices and financial management and reporting of one of the largest publicly-held natural gas utilities in North America and its operating units.
Laura Oiye is a specialist in investor relations and corporate communications and has 20 years of IR experience with companies in the technology, healthcare, biotech, consumer products and financial services industries.
Previously, Ms. Oiye served as the Investor Relations Manager at Asyst Technologies, Inc., where she launched its first internal IR department. In addition, she served as an account executive for international financial communications firm FD Morgen-Walke’s San Francisco office, where she managed IR programs for companies in diverse sectors. She is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and has completed courses toward an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.Ms. Oiye served on the Silicon Valley Chapter’s Board of Directors for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
She is a founding member of the NIRI Virtual Chapter, the second largest chapter in the organization, and served as Chapter President for the program year 2005 – 2006.
Christopher M. Gordon, Senior Vice President, is a seasoned corporate professional with over 35 years of experience, including developing and implementing successful IR and Corporate Communications strategies in Oil and Gas, and industrial environments.
At Kei, he manages all aspects of our clients’ investor relations programs to help them realize their shareholder value potential.Prior to joining Kei in April 2020, Chris served in numerous engineering, finance, and sales roles in several companies including the US Army, National Fuel Gas, Eli Lilly and Company, and Hillenbrand over the past 37 years.
Chris is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received his B.S. in General Engineering. While at USMA, he was a member of the Sprint Football Team and the Baseball team. He has also held numerous board and coaching positions in youth sports organizations (hockey and baseball) in Western New York and Indiana.
Craig Mychajluk implements strategic IR programs and tactical IR activities for Kei client companies. He focuses on identifying analysts and portfolio managers with the greatest propensity to invest in each client, as well as investor relationship management, and corporate strategic thinking with investor input. He also develops and implements a variety of communication efforts targeted to the investment community.
Previously, Craig was responsible for client, industry and peer research and assisting with client support. He is an experienced financial services professional with strong analytical skills in product management, financial analysis and marketing. Prior to joining Kei Advisors, he was with M&T Bank, where he was Assistant Vice President, Product Manager for several Commercial products. Craig managed all facets of new product implementation and was also responsible for industry, market and product research
Craig had also been part of M&T’s Investment Group as its Mutual Fund Trader where he was responsible for trading all mutual funds and money markets for M&T Trust. Craig earned his M.B.A. at St. Bonaventure University and his B.A. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
Moritz Kretschmer, Research Analyst, is a recent graduate from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. During his last year, while pursuing his MBA, he was a student financial analyst with the Golden Griffin Fund Program, which manages a $500,000 portfolio of small- to mid-cap stocks.
During his time at Canisius, Moritz earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business, with a minor in Business Economics, and an MBA in Finance. He attended Canisius on a 5-year full athletic scholarship and served as Head Captain of its Division 1 Men’s Soccer team for three of those years.
Brenda Kullander, Investor Relations Associate, joined the Kei team in 2020. She brings nearly 15 years of service industry experience in brand building, client relations and driving growth. Most recently, Brenda was a brewery sales representative at a microbrewery in Kentucky for four years and before that worked at various levels within the service industry, to include management positons.
Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, and also gained certifications in Medical Assisting, phlebotomy, and as an EKG technician.
